Lets play catch up

Ok, so I have been going back and forth trying to decide if I want to try and keep up with my kids journals or do it this way...Looks like "this way" wins for now.  I figure since I am always on the computer it is just easier.
These are probably all going to be pretty random for the next few weeks because I would really like to catch up to current event as well as include current events.  If you get bored, feel free to stop reading.  LOL  I am really just doing this as a journal for my kids.
Lets just start with yesterday.  In the car Bella mentioned that she was nervous..."what if kids are mean to me at school?"  Caleb immediately chimes in and say "IF SOMEONE IS MEAN TO YOU, YOU COME FIND ME AND I WILL HANDLE IT!"  It is moments like that, that really make me smile.  They sure do make me crazy how they fight, but when I hear Caleb say things like that I know that he will always love and protect his sister.  Any time we are out (just Caleb and I) if he sees something Bella would like, ie a sucker or sticker, he gets it for her.  I have the most thoughtful caring son ever.....I just need to be better about remembering that when they are making me crazy!
This morning, my neighbors are having a garage sale.  Bella got $1 out of her money to buy a silly little box.  Then she see's a purse she loves but doesn't have more money to spend.  Caleb takes her by the hand and walks her home and says "its ok Bella I will buy it for you."  My kids are awesome!  Being raised as an only child, I sometimes struggle with understanding that bond between siblings.  Can't figure out why they would fight so much....LOL  but I guess it is pretty normal from what I see of my friends kids.  They are the loves of my life....hope I always do good by them.
